The City of White Plains Department of Public Safety has a long-standing reputation of providing superb Police and Fire services. In 2020, the Department was looking to improve their web presence and extend their services to the online community. The Department has been experiencing a marked increase of citizens using these online services such as report request fulfillment, anonymous crime tips, emergency notification enrollment and a significant decrease in walk-in traffic.
